Spinpoint F3 is the latest series of high-density hard drives from the arsenal of Samsung. The newest drives, the company says, will cater the data center needs for further storage and the increasing demands of today’s costumers for better and augmented performance.

Samsung says the Spinpoint F3 has the capacity of offering around 1TB of storage with the help of two 500GB platter disks. The extra density per platter of the device boasts of providing around 30 % enhancement in performance. The F3 drives also brags of offering superb performance with decreased power usage. The drives are also capable of operating at 7200RPM speed and come featured with 3.0Gbps SATA interface.
